Fit for His Glory

This is a great small group opportunity to worship, workout, and get fit for His Glory! The focus is to encourage one another to stay healthy so that we can pursue God's plan for us.

It will begin with the devotional prepared by the writing team, followed by a series of exercises for 30 minutes, ending with a couple key questions from the devotional. Exercises will be done with a partner or two so that you have an opportunity to talk and answer the questions throughout the workout together.

ALL LADIES ARE WELCOME! Each exercise will be modifiable depending on current activity level (easy, moderate, hard). You can participate at your own pace or push yourself as hard as you would like.

We will meet in Fellowship Hall on Mondays at 6:30pm.
